Omya and United Chemicals form a joint venture for the specialty chemical distribution in Indonesia
Oftringen / Jakarta, December 9th, 2011 – Omya AG and PT United Chemicals Inter Aneka announced today, that they have officially formed a joint venture agreement.
United Chemicals Inter Aneka is a leading chemical distributor in Indonesia, providing a one-stop-shop for specialty and partially commodity chemicals as well as high-value services to the food, water treatment, rubber, personal care, paints and coatings industries. The company has strong relationships with over 100 chemical manufacturers, and offers over 3,000 products to more than 5,000 customers in the end markets. The company is well positioned in the Indonesian market, with a nationwide distribution network and deep expertise in high growth industries.
